We accept returns for most products delivered within the last 30 days.

How to Proceed with a Return:

2. Approval Process: Once your request is approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return shipping address. All returns must be processed with an RMA number to ensure proper tracking and processing.

Preparing Your Item for Return:

• Ensure the item is in its original packaging and brand-new condition. Do not use, modify, or assemble the product before returning it.

Return Shipping:

• You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Follow the return instructions provided after your RMA is approved to know where to send the product.
