What warranty comes with my product?

Products sold by Tiger Medical are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage length varies by product and brand — many items carry 1- to 5-year warranties, and some list separate terms for mechanical and electronic components. The warranty for each item is listed on its product page.

What's covered

Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They generally do not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear. Damage that occurred during shipping is handled separately — see our article on damaged deliveries.

How to file a warranty claim

Contact our support team with:

• Your order number (or proof of purchase)
• The product's model and serial number
• A description of the issue, plus photos or a short video showing it

We'll coordinate directly with the manufacturer to arrange troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, or replacement under the warranty terms. In many cases simple fixes (sensor resets, calibration, part swaps) can be resolved quickly without returning the unit.
