My Order Arrived Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect — What Should I Do?Updated 11 hours ago
We're sorry something's wrong with your delivery — here's how to get it resolved quickly.
Step 1: Inspect your delivery
- Freight (LTL) deliveries: Inspect the item before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt, and refuse delivery if the item is severely damaged. This protects your claim.
- Parcel deliveries (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Open and inspect your items promptly after delivery.
Step 2: Report the issue
Contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label (for wrong items, a photo of the item and its label/SKU)
- For missing parts: the part names or numbers from the product's parts list or user guide, so we can send exactly the right replacements
Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Before reporting a missing item
Multi-item orders often arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking numbers — check your order status page to see whether another box is still on the way. Hardware is often packed inside one of the components. Also note that assembly manuals cover multiple product configurations: optional accessories shown in the manual (for example, stirrups, basins, or paper roll holders on exam tables) are only included if they're listed on your order.
Step 3: Resolution
Depending on the issue, we'll arrange replacement parts, a replacement unit, a return, or a refund — and we'll coordinate any carrier claims or manufacturer follow-up on your behalf.
