For larger items, we offer Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping. During checkout, you have the option to select either dock-to-dock delivery or delivery with a liftgate.

Delivery Options:

• Dock-to-Dock Delivery: This option is suitable for businesses with a loading dock. The freight truck will deliver the item directly to your loading dock.
• Delivery with a Liftgate: A liftgate is a platform on the back of the truck that can be raised and lowered to assist with loading and unloading heavy items. This option is ideal for locations without a loading dock or for residential deliveries where manual unloading is not feasible.

Important Notes:

• We only offer curbside delivery, not in-home or business delivery. The delivery will be made to the curbside or the end of your driveway.
• If you do not select the liftgate option during checkout and it is required upon delivery, an additional fee will be charged.

Handling Damaged Items:

• If your truck delivery items arrive damaged, clearly write “Product Damaged” on the delivery sheet before signing. This helps ensure quick resolution of any issues.
• Always verify that the number of items matches the delivery paperwork.
