Understanding Your Order Status (What Does "In Production" Mean?)Updated 11 hours ago
You can check the current status of your order anytime on our Order Status page using your order number and email address. Here's what each status means:
In Production
Your order has been received and is being processed and prepared for shipment — either at our warehouse or at the manufacturer's facility. A tracking number is not available yet at this stage. Each product page lists an estimated lead time (for example, 24–48 hours for normally stocked items, or several weeks for made-to-order equipment), which indicates how long the item typically takes to leave the warehouse.
Shipped
Your order has left the warehouse. We email you a tracking number (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or a freight carrier for large items) as soon as it ships.
Partially Shipped
Orders with multiple items often ship from different warehouses or manufacturers, so items may arrive separately. Each shipment gets its own tracking number. Items still showing "In Production" will follow with their own tracking.
My order has been "In Production" longer than expected
If your order has been in production beyond the lead time listed on the product page, contact us with your order number and we'll check with the warehouse or manufacturer for an updated estimated ship date.
