Orders begin processing quickly, so contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to make a change.

What we can usually do before an order ships

• Correct the shipping address or contact details
• Change a color, size, or configuration option (if production hasn't started)
• Remove an item or cancel the order (see our cancellation policy)

Adding items

Because shipping is calculated per order, added items are typically placed as a new order. If you'd like items to ship together, contact us and we'll let you know whether they can be combined.

After an order ships

Shipped orders can no longer be edited or cancelled. You may refuse the delivery or start a return under our standard return policy.
