Before your order ships

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the complete new shipping address. If the order has not yet shipped, we'll update the address for you.

After your order ships

Once an order has shipped, address changes are handled by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier reroutes may add transit time and, in some cases, additional fees. For large items shipping by freight (LTL), the carrier schedules delivery directly with the recipient, so changing the destination after pickup is rarely possible — contact us right away and we'll see what the carrier can do.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly or was undeliverable, reshipping costs may apply.
